Every year, Congress decides how to spend the money in the U.S. federal budget. Our role is to urge lawmakers to fully fund global health and education accounts that can end poverty. You can find the RESULTS asks and resources for Fiscal Year 2026 (FY26) appropriations below.

A chart showing that the FY25 enacted numbers were $1.25 billion for Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB and Malaria; $394.5 million for USAID Tuberculosis; $915 million for USAID Maternal and Child Health, of which $300 million for Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance; $172.5 million for USAID Nutrition; and $922 million for USAID Basic Education, of which $121.6 million for the Global Partnership for Education. And RESULTS' FY26 requests are $2 billion for Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB and Malaria; $1 billion for USAID Tuberculosis; $1.15 billion for USAID Maternal and Child Health, of which $340 million for Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance; and $1.15 billion for USAID Education, of which $200 million for the Global Partnership for Education.
