Fellows, advocates, and RESULTS staff regroup together on the Hill after their meetings

The RESULTS Fellowship helps emerging leaders find their voice

Every year, a cohort of activists ages 20-45 comes together to form the RESULTS Fellowship. These emerging leaders spend 11 months growing their advocacy skills to end poverty and oppression. Fellows meet with lawmakers, work with the media, and engage with their communities to affect change.

Thank you for your interest in the RESULTS Organizing and Advocacy Fellowship. Due to the high volume of applications received and the limited number of seats available for the 2026 Fellowship class, we have officially closed the application.

If you were not able to apply this year, we encourage you to get involved as a RESULTS volunteer. Volunteering is a powerful way to build your advocacy skills, engage in meaningful policy work, and join a dynamic community committed to ending poverty. Volunteers who are active in our network may be considered for early acceptance during the 2027 Fellowship recruitment process.

Thank you again for your passion and commitment to creating a more just world.

Fellows gather in front of the Capitol dome

The RESULTS Fellowship is a transformational experience.

We are so proud of all the unique ways RESULTS Fellows have influenced a larger movement against poverty and oppression. Fellows learn together about the roots of systemic poverty and oppression, building this knowledge into an activist skillset that propels them forward as lifelong advocates. Fellowship Alumni have gone on to work at the World Bank, engaged with presidential candidates on the campaign trail, founded their own nonprofit organizations, and have been featured in publications like NPR and the New York Times
