Last week, Arizona activists organized two Gavi outreach events and group starts. Community members took action, calling their senators to inspire them to support Gavi. Both Tucson and Phoenix have the beginnings of two new global RESULTS groups. Welcome new Arizona activists!
This week, community members across Kansas will be gathering and taking action on Gavi with the hopes of starting new global groups in Topeka, Kansas City, and Lawrence. If you are from Kansas (or know anyone in these areas), we would love to see you all there!
- Kansas City: Wednesday, September 17th, 12 p.m. local time at Homer’s Coffee House, 7126 W. 80th St.
- Topeka: Wednesday, September 17th, 5:30 p.m. local time at 2806 SW Osborn Road
- Lawrence: Friday, September 19th, 10 a.m. local time at J & S Coffee Shop, 4821 W 6th St., Suite E and 12:30 p.m. local time (RESULTS/ONE meeting) at Starbucks, 647 Massachusetts St.
