Dear Fellow RESULTS volunteers,

It is with great sadness we share the news that Larry Bailly passed away on Tuesday, October 30th, with many friends and family by his side.  Larry’s memorial service takes place this Sunday, November 18th at 2pm and at Snohomish Community Church, 13622 Dubuque Rd. Snohomish, WA. Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE MicrosoftInternetExplorer4

Larry worked hard with RESULTS, speaking to his member of congress, advocating for those he cared deeply for. Larry was an amazing man on so many levels.  He served in Vietnam; out of love, organized volunteer missions to Haiti, always trying to figure out when he could get back to this country whose people, especially the children captured, his heart; Larry helped to distribute highly practical wheelchairs for the most vulnerable people of Vietnam in need;  he wrote countless letters to the editor;  and published numerous editorials about his perspectives on global poverty.

Larry was one of those souls that was totally dedicated to bringing awareness to others about global poverty.  He was always looking for and implementing strategies that would provide dignity and respect to all the people he worked with.

This is the Larry we knew.  Yet, we know he had the strength to do this work because of his faith, family, and friends.  Larry was a gift to our Snohomish County RESULTS chapter and he will be missed greatly.

Cards of condolences can be sent to Larry’s wife Paula.
