Recognizing ourselves as the co-creators of the future of our world, the women of Feminine Power are joining together to show up and step out to partner with RESULTS to end extreme, and unnecessary poverty.

As women who have taken on causing the full flourishing of life for ourselves and for others, we are honored to partner with RESULTS, standing with and for a world where all children are given the opportunity to realize their potentials in life through proper medical care, nutritional support and a decent education.

Twenty years ago, over 40,000 children died each day of easily preventable causes in many parts of our world. Due to the efforts of RESULTS and other visionary organizations, that number is now half of what it used to be.

While we have made great strides towards the realization of the Millennium Development Goal’s commitment to end dire poverty, we still have a long ways to go. Our efforts—your efforts matter, and can have a profound impact on the policies and political decisions being made each and every day that affect millions of lives throughout the world.

RESULTS trains regular citizens to become advocates for the end of world poverty, and awakens us to the power we’re holding to have our greatest impact for good.

In this recording, Feminine Power co-founder Katherine Woodward Thomas invites you to attend the 2014 RESULTS International Conference in Washington DC, June 21-24 with other members of Feminine Power.
