Coast to Coast, Supporting the Global Fund

Advocates are calling on the U.S. to step up the fight against AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria. Since 2002, the Global Fund partnership has helped save 27 million lives. This fall, world leaders are gathering to make new commitments to the Global Fund. The U.S. must continue its strong support, recommitting to provide a third of the total needed.
