DESCRIPTION:Beyond Charity: A Human Rights Approach to Ending Poverty \nJoin us for our first Anti-Oppression Learning Community of 2026 on Friday\, April 17 from 12–1:30 p.m. ET. This session will explore what it means to view RESULTS’ policy issues through a human rights lens.  \nWe will examine how power and wealth extraction shape whose needs are prioritized. We’ll look at the U.S. as a settler-colonial empire; and discuss the weaponization of scarcity mindsets that pit marginalized communities against one another\, both within our borders and across the globe. Who benefits from this mindset? How do we build an inclusive democracy that fulfills human rights for all?  \nJoin us to discuss how our domestic and global campaigns are essential mechanisms to protect human dignity and shift power back to the people. Register here.
