Run For Their Lives: 5K Fun Run at the International Conference

Want to combine your love of walking or running with your support for RESULTS? Join our team to race and support our transformative advocacy work!

We’re happy to announce a new addition to our International Conference activities: a 5K fundraising fun run for RESULTS! All walkers and runners are invited to participate. The Crystal City Twilighter 5K takes place at 8:30PM on Saturday, July 21, 2012. We’re putting together a team for a race near our hotel following the Saturday evening kickoff session. Maps to the race will be included in the conference folders, so everyone can cheer us along the way.

Step 3: Invite all your friends to donate and hit the road to train for your run/walk!

We hope that some of you, our grassroots volunteers, will come together — with staff members Jen Maurer, Cindy Levin, Blair Hinderliter, Vic Treland, and Beth Wilson, as well as RESULTS Board Chairman Scott Leckman and Regional Coordinator Allison Gallaher — to take this physical and fundraising challenge. We’ll be racing at various paces from walking to running like the wind.
