High Court Rules Against Yunus

Yesterday, the Bangladesh High Court ruled for the government in its case to force Prof. Yunus into a premature retirement. Yunus will appeal this decision to the Supreme Court. It is likely that this next step will happen quickly. If the Supreme Court decides not to hear the case, the High Court’s ruling stands.
